Glory to God, the name speaks for itself, is a gospel group which main intrest is giving Glory to God almighty. The group consists of three vocalists, one male and two female, who over the years have gained the necessary experience by performing with various musical groups at different venues. Since 2011, they have developed an entirely new gospel style : Carigo (Caribbean Gospel ). I’m sure that you’ve heard this term before but this is completely different from anything you’ve ever heard. All songs have a very typical special character. The style is Caribbean with Latin influences,the lyrics are biblical related.
Percussion such as conga’s, bongo’s, timbales mixed with characteristic sounds of steeldrums, panflutes,marimbas and other ethnic instruments lead to an amazing and unique result.The songs are rhythmic, the lyrics pleasant to listen to, often with an interesting variety of themes, with catchy chorusses that usually seduce the listener to sing along and dance. The music of Glory to God is very suitable for praise and worship in any church, gospel concerts, weddings, and because of the great dancability also highly recommended for ”birthday” parties.With this whole new approach of gospel, Glory to God will take you to another dimension.The group is already a very popular act at various events.
